Use a sulphate-free shampoo to gently cleanse the hair 2–3 times per week.

Carefully massage shampoo into the scalp and hair, being gentle at the roots to avoid pulling or catching the extensions.

Thoroughly rinse all product from the hair to prevent build-up.

Follow with a nourishing conditioner and rinse well.

Always blow dry your extensions after washing — never leave them to dry naturally, as this can cause tangling and weaken the tapes.

Use a heat protectant spray before styling with heated tools.

Avoid heat above 180°C – temperatures higher than this can damage the hair and compromise the integrity of your extensions.

Apply a small amount of lightweight oil to the lengths and ends regularly to keep hair smooth, soft, and moisturised.

For brushing, we recommend our Command Boar Bristle Brush – specifically designed to relieve snagging or pulling and protect the integrity of your extensions.

Swimming & Water Exposure

Salt water and chlorine can strip moisture and alter the colour of your extensions. If swimming in the sea or pool, we recommend tying your hair up securely and keeping it out of the water to prevent tangling, dryness, or discolouration.

UV Rays & Sun Exposure

Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause colour fading or changes. We suggest wearing a hat or protective scarf when spending time in the sun to preserve your extensions’ colour and condition.
